You will receive a Home Buyers Guide which includes all this information for reference purposes. You will then have the opportunity to educate us on your wants and needs with respect to the type of homes or properties you wish to buy and the neighborhood of interest.
During the search some of the unique ways we can help include educating you about neighborhood, when showing houses pointing out the features and deficiencies, assisting with the arrangement of financing, inspections and other contractual obligations prior to closing.
Our HomeFinder Program will send you daily emails of all homes matching your criteria on a daily basis. Also, you will receive frequent, timely updates by email and/or phone regarding the progress we have made in your home search, along with any new information about the homes that most interest you.
If you are selling a home we will complete a comprehensive price analysis of your property, provide a unique strategic marketing plan and make a series of value enhancement suggestions that will enable you to show off your home’s best features and attract the right buyer in a timely manner.
