Avril Wendt, Toronto Real Estate Broker
If you are looking for a real estate consultant who has seen it all, then Avril is your agent. A Toronto real estate broker and industry veteran of over 35 years Avril was born in South Western Ontario and is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario. After twelve years teaching mathematics at the Secondary level, Avril started her real estate career in London Ontario with THE PERMANENT. Sitting still is not Avril’s style and she quickly moved onward and upward first as Branch Manager in London, then as Regional Manager for South Western Ontario and then to Regional Manager for CANADA TRUST REALTY INC. for the Toronto West Region from 1986 to 1989. Avril was then managing 16 offices and over 400 sales staff from Central Toronto West to Oakville. From 1990 to 1993 she was General Manager and Branch Manager for SADIE MORANIS LIMITED before deciding to resume the sales life with ROSEDALE REALTY CORPORATION, SUTTON GROUP-ASSOCIATES REALTY INC. in Toronto and currently with GRAYDON HILL REALTY LTD., whose offices were in Summerhill. It moved north in 2009 to Merton St. our current location. She is a regular networker at BNI, where she has held many positions and helped grow the chapter. Avril lives in the Summerhill/Rosedale neighborhood and spends much of her leisure time with her grandchild. She supports various charities including Sick KidsHospital, UNICEF, and The David Suzuki Foundation to name a few. She proudly sponsors four foster children through Plan Canada. She is a passionate classical and jazz fan and is a regular attendee at the Toronto Symphony Orchestra, the Canadian Opera Company as well as a strong supporter of Jazz FM. Frank Bertucca, Toronto Real Estate Agent

Frank is a graduate of St Michael’s College and York University and began his Real Estate career right after university at CANADA TRUST REALTY INC. from 1986 to 1989. This is where he first met Avril Wendt with whom he would, in 2002, form a very successful Real Estate partnership during their time at SUTTON GROUP-ASSOCIATES REALTY INC. Frank is a black belt tae kwon do martial artist and has a young prodigy in his youngest daughter who recently competed at her first Canadian National Championships. Monte Burris, Toronto Real Estate Broker
It took Monte a while to find his true calling. Born in Vancouver, Monte went to St George’s School and then to the University of Western Ontario. He has lived and worked in New York, Boston, and Anguilla. Monte grew tired of the monotony of Technology Sales and started a Real Estate career and a family in Toronto. Monte has taken to Real Estate with commitment and passion; his enthusiasm is unmatched and his candor and drive for results unparalleled. Currently in his fourth year, Monte and his family live in High Park. Monte is an avid Blue Jays fan and season ticket holder as well as a loyal Vancouver Canucks fan. His passion includes collecting art, running in High Park and travel with family. Joanne is the fourth member of WB and no less important than any of the agents. She is the person who steers the ship and makes sure those countless documents, emails, and telephone calls get filed, answered and returned. Joanne is passionate about her grandson, her gardening and her volunteer work as a Caring Clown in Toronto’s Long Term Care Facilities. She is a graduate of the Caring Clown Program at Ryerson University. She brings to the position a varied background. Her experience includes sales, both retail and as an underwriter, purchasing in retail and manufacturing as well as project management. She is dedicated and strongly believes in customer service.
